We understand that legal services are only one element of your token sale and that liquidity must be carefully managed. In all digital token sale matters, we take a value-based approach to pricing and offer flat fees for specific packaged deliverables.

By moving away from selling time units, we aim to charge you what our service is worth and what you are comfortable with - allowing you to benefit from a transparent value-based pricing structure. We offer clearly defined service packages with value-based fees, and have an established process to follow when working with you. Beyond specific packaged deliverables we follow the traditional fee model of "billable hours" and will charge you on a pre-agreed time cost basis.

In compliance with Singapore law, our fees for work done on behalf of our clients take into regard all the circumstances of the matter, in particular: (i) the importance of the matter to the client; (ii) the skill, labour, specialised knowledge and responsibility involved on the part of the firm; (iii) the complexity of the matter and the difficulty or novelty of the questions raised; the amounts of money involved and professional liability insurance risk; (iv) the time expended by the firm; (v) the number and importance of the documents prepared or perused, without regard to length; and (vi) the place where and the circumstances under which the services are rendered.

Success fee components and payment in cryptocurrency may be possible depending on project and team, and subject to legal restrictions.
